Sprossen schmecken würzig mit der typischen Schärfe und sind ideal als Würzmittel in Salaten, Saucen und Dressings und vor allem auf Brot. Sie sind die einfachste Methode, die Ernährung zu jeder Jahreszeit mit wichtigen Vitamine, Mineralstoffe, Spurenelemente und Ballaststoffe zu ergänzen.

Zubereitung

Vor dem Keimen mit klarem Wasser gründlich spülen. Pro Samenschale 1 Esslöffel Samen verwenden, Einweichen ist nicht erforderlich, einmal täglich mit Wasser besprenkeln und nach 3-5 Tagen ernten. Bildung von Faserwurzeln möglich. Vor dem Verzehr gründlich mit klarem Wasser spülen.
